Les Zande vivent dans le nord du Congo, dans l'Ubangi, le long du fleuve Uele

Those anthropomorphic figurines (also named Nazeze) belonged to the highest members of this society. They were used in the divination rituals of the Mani, an association that could be compared to the cult of the Bwami of the Lega
The Zande live in the north of the Congo, in the Ubangi, on the banks of the Uele river
