Superbe masque PUNU Mukuyi Okuyi
Très facilement reconnaissables avec leurs visages teintés et leurs scarifications caractéristiques, les masques Okuyi représenteraient les esprits des défunts
Très belle coiffure à coques et à tresses, qui entoure la totalité du visage qui exprime une grande sérénité.
A remarquer, un trou qui traverse le masque de haut en bas, comme s'il avait été jadis empalé sur un bâton (?)
Les Punu vivent Principalement au Gabon, mais on trouve aussi des communautés de ce peuple Bantou au Congo Brazzaville et au Congo RDC

Easily recognizable with their white-painted faces and their characteristic scarifications, the Okuyi masks would represent the spirits of the dead
Very beautiful hairstyle with hulls and braids, which surrounds the whole of the face which expresses a great serenity.

To notice, a hole that crosses the mask from top to bottom, as if it had been impaled on a stick (?)
The Punu live mainly in Gabon, but there are also communities of this Bantu people in Congo Brazzaville and in Congo DRC
